Thank you for this post! Both walking and jounalling have helped me tremendously in connecting to y true self. Both of them have helped me become more mindful and notice the world more. As you said: "Noticing is deeply connected to curiosity and learning. Imagine walking in a forest and suddenly spotting a captivating plant that pulls you in. The world slows down, and you feel compelled to pause and connect with this plant."
